The Fiscal Research Center is part of a team commissioned by the Department of Early Care and Learning to look at the economic impact of early care and education. FRC Director Sally Wallace is leading the Georgia State University group that includes Nicholas Warner, Peter Bluestone, Lakshmi Pandey, along with a number of graduate research assistants.
