Spring registration for Andrew Young School’ microcredential offerings is now open! These offerings include the massive-open-online course (MOOC) in data visualization and an in-person GIS mapping workshop series. Here are a few details about both offerings:
- The MOOC is a free, 15-week course with learning material divided into 15 sessions, one per week. The course also includes weekly assignments and mini projects. A Teaching Assistant for the course will be available for any course questions. Registration will be open until January 24, and more information on the MOOC is available
- The GIS Mapping workshop series consists of three full day, in-person sessions. Each session costs $50 and is led by Suresh Neupane of the Department of Public Management and Policy (PMAP). More information on the workshop series is available here, and the spring schedule is listed below:
- Session I- February 28, 2025
- Session II- March 28, 2025
- Session III- April 25, 2025
These pathways can be used as credit for prior learning toward the recently launched PMAP graduate certificate, Policy Analytics.
